I cold emailed the CMO to get a design internship there. I got the interview solely because I used to make comics as a high schooler on the internet and the head of design liked it.
I did the internship and was retained. I worked on campaigns like Biggest Payment Jatra, Khaltiful Dashain, NPL and several more — doing visual design, motion design, and UI design.
The head of design was very supportive of me and my growth and where I wanted to reach. I learned a lot and got pushed a lot, which helped me a lot.
